An ABC Guide to Children’s Games Around the Globe Release

Greetings globetrotters!

I hope everyone has been well and having a fabulous summer. I know I surely have! Today is August 2nd, the official release date for An ABC Guide to Children’s Games Around the Globe, which is currently available on BookBaby and on Amazon (print and kindle version).

This summer has been a busy one, between coming to Atlanta to visit my family, heading to New Orleans for Essence Festival and to vend my book at the grand opening weekend of the Book Boutique shop there, traveling to Belize with the iluv2globetrot travel group, and back to Detroit for my family reunion!

It was an incredible experience to have my first official book launch event signing my children’s book alongside talent such as award-winning author Omar Tyree, actress Taral Hicks, and DJ Headkrack. I’m very grateful to have had such an amazing opportunity to meet people interested in An ABC Guide to Children’s Games Around the Globe.

In addition to having a book launch/signing event in New Orleans, I managed to vend my book at the Black Girls Smile’s event Black Girls are Magic Sisterhood Summit in Atlanta just last week! It was fabulous to speak with young girls about living abroad and sell some copies of the book.

I’ll be ending out the summer book launch tour/signings by being a featured author at the Black Writers Weekend festival in Atlanta from August 5th-7th. It has truly been a great summer for the launch of the children’s travel book.
