This week I was officially published here in the Times of Oman newspaper and online. I’m very excited to share the piece with you guys. Just outside of my town Nizwa, is a Gorgeous area called Jabal Akhdar. Every year in this mountainous area thousands of roses are planted. Last month I had the pleasure of taking in this area on a group excursion with Internations expat group. We were about to witness the process of rose water being made!
